I believe that there are 8 of us coming to SIT who are also doing the 12 Week Body Transformation!
I think that almost all of us are beginners, and part of the beginners’ weekly exercise program is a 60 minute powerwalk on Saturdays.
Donna and I will be setting off from The Menzies Hotel at 6:30am (I haven’t told her yet, oops) on Saturday morning for a gorgeous walk by the harbour through The Botanic Gardens. You are welcome to join us, whether you are doing the 12WBT or not, but be warned, it won’t be a leisurely walk. We’ve got calories to burn before we park our butts on chairs and chat all day long.
